ENTJ
Work Habits
ENTJs are strong communicators and are great for leadership positions in their career. ENTJs are often described as visionaries. ENTJs are easily able to identify a problem, find a solution, and make a detailed plan in order to achieve this solution. ENTJs have the rare ability to consider both theoretical ideas, as well as the practical implications.
ENTJs are usually well-liked by their coworkers and superiors in the workplace. However, they have little patience for others who are less competent than themselves. This can make ENTJs come off as harsh to others—particularly their subordinates. ENTJs must remind themselves to consider the feelings of others. They must make an effort to let others know how appreciated and valued they are – something that ENTJs often forget about in the hustle and bustle of things.
Career Paths
ENTJs have no problem making their career the focal point in their lives, and because of this, are a great fit for careers that are highly-demanding and time-consuming. ENTJs are often well-suited for careers as entrepreneurs, consultants, lawyers, judges, managers, and university professors/administrators.
