INTJ - Work Habits

Work Habits

INTJs are often described as visionaries. They are easily able to identify a problem, find a solution, and make a detailed plan in order to achieve this solution. INTJs have the rare ability to consider both theoretical ideas, as well as the practical implications.

INTJs are usually well-liked by their coworkers and superiors in the workplace. However, they have little patience for others who are less competent than themselves. This can make INTJs come off as harsh to others — particularly their subordinates. INTJs must remind themselves to consider the feelings of others. They must make an effort to let others know how appreciated and valued they are – something that INTJs often forget about in the hustle and bustle of things.
